About me
Hello, I’m Katarzyna Grad.
I am a psychologist, Gestalt therapist, coach, and trainer in various therapeutic methods. For the past 16 years, I have been supporting individuals in their personal growth and mental well-being through individual sessions, workshops, courses, and training. My work is continuously supervised to ensure the highest quality of care.
Alongside my professional practice, I have undertaken a deep personal therapeutic journey. For the past 20 years, I have been on the path of personal development, completing numerous workshops in psychotherapy, self-discovery, art therapy, and creative expression. I am trained as a Vedic Art teacher and have studied various therapeutic modalities, including drama therapy, psychodrama, Forum Theatre, choreotherapy (dance therapy), and tantra. My journey has also included workshops in the fields of theatre, painting, voice work, and bodywork. I am a certified Soul Coaching® practitioner.
In my free time, I cherish moments with my family, enjoy reading, painting, running, and walking by the sea.
I deeply respect each individual and their unique story. My approach is grounded in openness, acceptance, and curiosity – allowing for deep understanding and genuine connection. I believe that everyone holds the potential for growth and healing. For me, life is an endless, fascinating journey of self-discovery.
Creative therapies and art, in my view, provide a path of intuitive, expressive development — an immersion in direct experience and a holistic integration of body, emotion, and mind. It is a journey into the deepest layers of the self, leading to profound understanding and inner harmony.
I warmly invite you into a safe, supportive, and empathetic space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and life experiences with care and openness.
